Purpose: To invite applications for Fresh Recognition (for the academic year 2026-27), Renewal of Recognized Research Centers (for 2025-26 & 2026-27), and payment of the annual fee.
Fee Structure:
Fresh Recognition: ₹1,10,000/- per subject.
Renewal (after completing 4 years): ₹44,000/- per subject.
Annual Fee: ₹16,500/- per subject/per year.
Important Deadlines:
Last date without late fee: 05.03.2026
Last date with late fee (₹5,000/-): 07.03.2026
Submission Guidelines: * Application forms must be downloaded from the university website (www.bcu.ac.in).
Filled applications must be submitted in 5 sets along with a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favor of "The Finance Officer, Bengaluru City University, Bengaluru".
Separate applications and fees are required for each subject.
Exemptions: Institutions managed by the State or Central Government are exempted from payment, and there is a 50% concession for SC/ST Managements/Institutions.
