History & Scope

Established in 1973, the Department of Hindi has a long-standing tradition of linguistic and literary excellence. As a core component of the college's curriculum, the department actively associates with and offers courses across a wide range of Undergraduate (UG) programs, including:

• Experiential Activities: Organizing poetry recitation competitions (Kavi Sammelans), essay writing, and creative writing workshops to foster original thinking.
• Technology-Enhanced Learning: Using digital platforms and language resources for grammar building and vocabulary enhancement.
